Issue#22376: Bridge - Do any employees work in the forum? Can I get some attention please?

  • It's been YEARS. and quite frankly it's really pissing my off that NO one from adobe will recognize a problem that I have, and there seems to be no way to actually contact them about the problem. It's a Loop of "Contact Us" misdirection that only eventually leads to this forum and no Contact page.

     

    Sure there are roads to get there attention for Photoshop other popular products, but Bridge... it's like that unwanted cousin everyone ignores.

     

    Bridge has under gone many updates since CS5 and ever since Scrolling in the Folders Panel has been a PAIN in the butt. Track Pad and Magic Mouse on the Mac do not work correctly.

     

    Can someone at Adobe please acknowledge this?

     

    That is all I want.

     

    If adobe wants to blame apple Fine (not that makes any sense, seeing as though it the change happened from CS5 on, and not when Apple change OSs) but what ever. If adobe can Prove it is apple's doing then great we'll have something to show to apple to have Them fix it.

     

    but for now, Only Bridge has this problem (at apparently a few other Adobe product i don't use)

    I have an Exchange 2010 server that is running on Server 2008. It's a standalone server so all the roles are on one box. There were no issues with the box until last week. System-wide, Outlook is now having a hard time connecting or communicating with the server. If it opens (sometimes it stalls and won't open) it then gives a "Not responding" message. When you attempt to send an email, it stalls... though it will eventually send. As I said, this is a system wide problem and is affecting people with and without cached exchange mode turned on.     Bridge should have a simple Toggle to check OFF/ON for Images only.   yes there are work arounds, but those are work arounds. seems like an easy update idea the team could implement in their sleep.   I found a tip on line that might interest some of you though. rather than creating a search with .JPG + .PNG + PSD...etcSearch to "If Height is... ##" This will only give you results of images.

    I have a G35 Gamin Headset that has been working fine on Windows 8 (using generic drivers)Two days ago my left ear channel stopped working. First thinking it was a mechanical i gave it a shot and googled the problem.  The problem seems to have been a issue for about 5 years! and is due to Logitech make crap software for their products. A shame for such a large company. I have tride all the fixes but still get no sound.Setting balance.Switching to two channel only.reinstalling flashreinstallining different Logitech driver versions.using different computers.etc etc. I know its not a mechanical issue as i got it to work with a old Windows Vista machine that has not been updates for years, and it worked fine using windows generic drivers. So now, how do i fix this?     So I wanted to see if anyone else had been experiancing the same issues I have been. I have been putting 5.6.2 on most of my equipment. For the most part I have found it to be the most stable release in my network.  One issue however that I seam to be seeing more of is where the radio seams to stop recieveing the mac address from the lan side of the radio and therfore making it impossible for the customer device to connect to the network.  A solution that always seams to work is simply powercycling the radio. I have tried powercycling the devices on the lan side but that doesn't seam to resolve the issue. I have even done cable checks but until the radio itself is powercycled it will not collect any MAC address from the lan port.  This has happened on 15+ devices and could be one more but I wouldn't know if the customer just decides to powercycle instead of call. I believe in every situation it is a PBE-M5-400 or NBE-M5-19 operating in bridge mod

    I have EA Access for Xbox One. My controller doesn't work with Battlefield 4. Game loads and in the menus screen and nothing. My controller will not work. It did a couple of months ago but now it doesn't. Talked to xbox support. I cleared system cache and did a factory reset and it still doesn't work. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game, still nothing. I'm wanting to buy the disc to see if it works. So at this point I don't know if it's the digital download, maybe its corrupted or if it's my xbox or the controllers If. I also have a problem when playing Madden 16. In order to play it, I have to turn on my 2nd controller, then shut off the 1st just so I can play because when first loading the game, my controller doesn't work. I need help resolving this because it's been this way too long.

    I bought a new Kicker amp + speakers and I'm trying to get the maximum wattage out of it. The speakers are Kicker CSS65 rated for 100 watts continuous and 300 peak so I'm sure they can handle the power. The amp is a Kicker CXA600.5, the testing certificate rated it at 698 watts total power.   • Issue#142978: Bridge 6 with the latest version started to crash and refuses to let me work at all. Mac el Capitan

    Since I have upgraded Mac OSX to 10.11.3 from 10.11.2, Bridge 6 crashes and never stays open.I contacted both apple support and adobe chat. Adobe does not support any stand alone CS6 customer whatsoever. Apple suggested first I reinstall Ps CS 6, which I did by uninstalling and re-down loading, installing the newly downloaded one, and updated. Bridge still crashes, does not stay open more than 15 seconds (barely enough to check the updated version). I could do Camera Raw editing from Photoshop.app, but then i cannot check the basic data of a photo file, like EXIF. What do you suggest? Do I need to go back to OSX 10.11.2 from my backup? If I am assured that would work, I would do it. Any workable solution is most appreciated.

    Someone really needs to do some serious house cleaning if you know what I mean (firing). I think the media would love to hear the recorded conversations I have with support where I a woman going through her 3rd round with cancer and on chemo wanting help with a baby monitor I purchased that was missing the transmitter and uses it to hear if someone breaks into my home and it has happened in order to steal my medicine) was refused any assistance or contact information to speak to someone that could help! I provided a Walmart receipt which is my proof of purchase and I was told that the Walmart receipt is not a valid proof of purchase! Ok everyone you can laugh now because I know I sure did! Can someone please educate me because apparently I'm dumb! How is the actual receipt that prints out of a register at WALMART not a valid proof of purchase? I just hope someone from Sony that reads this can do something about this before the papers are filed!

    As to the issue of my Nikon 610: Bridge is not seeing my camera, and will not let me import into bridge. I uninstalled Bride and then downloaded again. Nothing There is no issue Lightroom seeing my camera and importing.....so very disheartening. Tex support (india) or whereever was not help, "said it was "my issue". I know Adbbe saves a bundle use using this kind of tech support....but some ot thies tech's are so dam polite, but don't fix the problem . On a personal not, Would like to see Adobe put more of their payroll in Americans in the USA. I cancel my my $50 some dollar monthly because was having so many issues, got fed up with tech support.

    I have done this a thousand times... since updating Bridge CC my Search doesn't work, either quick Search or Find > Search. All of my files are keyworded and labeled. I have selected the appropriate Look In:, Criteria: and have checked both Include All Subfolders and Include All Non-Indexed Files. I have reinstalled the Output CC module. Have tried changing the Cache settings, shutting down, rebooting, everything! It still comes up "No Items" each time. Usually searching all non-indexed files takes a while, but it's stopping right away and telling me No Items in the bottom left hand side. I have created a few dozen Collections using this Search. When i first updated Bridge, Photoshop, Lightroom a few days ago my computer froze up. That is also when the search stopped working. I updated my video card, cleaned 100 GB out of the drive where the cache files are pointed.... what else? Is it something in the preferences?thank you for your help
